        The worst service, lodged my tax over a month ago and noticed there was no paper work for me to sign. Call a couple of weeks later to be told that they required more info- as if they couldnt call me and ask?! Call again today as I get a reminder from mygov to lodge my tax, only to be told they are not sure why it wasnt lodged- they had some staff changes so they couldnt tell me why! Charged me a fee the day I first called no problem, however have not actually provided the service I paid for- a customer shouldnt have to be following up! Absolute worst service, would never use or recommend.. over priced and service is absolutely rubbish!
