I had my eyebrows micro-bladed here back in 2020 (when there wasnt an Google reviews page) and I truly hope the service has improved since then. Unfortunately I had a very traumatic experience which seems to be consistent with a few other reviews on here. I was told to buy my own numbing cream which I applied for an hour before my appointment but still didnt work properly as I cried throughout the appointment at the level of pain - I could feel every blade cutting into my skin. If they had provided numbing cream and applied it to the client properly this could have prevented his happening. There was no consultation at the beginning of my appointment, Taylor wouldnt show me the brow mapping shape and went straight into cutting into my skin. I was left with extremely large and thick eyebrows which didnt suit my face shape at all and I could barely leave the house for weeks afterwards (even after they healed). Only now 2 years later have they faded enough for me to get new brows microbladed over them and looking back I can see how unacceptable and traumatic this experience was.
