Edit: unfortunately am downgrading this review. While the customer service is still prompt, friendly, and helpful, and the delivery providers are quick and reliable, we have had a very mixed experience at best with the products we have purchased. The spiral racks in particular are terrible. They are very cheaply manufactured and the website description was misleading. We purchased 4 and were a total waste of money. Be wary of the specs listed
