        Enquired to make an appointment but the person taking my call said that they were not taking any new patients and literally hung up on me. I am very understanding of why they are not taking on new patients but this sort of treatment over the phone is rude and they definitely need training on customer service. Happy to not be dealing with them.

        Probably the rudest medical team I have come across. Patronising, inconsiderate and terrible service. Kylie is thorough in her medical reviews but I wouldnt expect any bed side manners.
