        Found this because of OSHC Apps. The apps told this place direct bill to OSHC. And then I made a booking for Ultrasound and make sure that service will be direct bill to OSHC. But when I came the recepsionist told She can did direct bill to OSHC because the system was down and asked us to payment first and reimburst it to OSHC. Very Unprofessional and Unpleasant. The reimburst is only 30% covered from the payment. This place hurts the customer

        My experience was extremely pleasant. The staff were very friendly, prompt and attentive. The waiting room was faultlessly clean and had a nice atmosphere. A high level of professionalism was displayed by the staff and the service throughout was amazing. Would highly recommend this company!

        I have been there couple of times. Everything was fine. I need to go again, I have been trying to call the company for days, no answer. Checked the website, sent an email, no response. I have to go somewhere else.

        RMI people very friendly and polite. The place is clean. I've been here couples time for my injections on my wrists. I went somewhere else once as we moved quite far away. So I drove 1.30 hr back to RMI to get my 4th treatment with them again. #Highly recommend
