I was very lucky to find Mark for my first time renovating an old house and needing a DA. Not wealthy, I needed someone who was customer focused, knew the council inside out, and explained every step we needed to take. As the council process took its twists and turns I was very glad I didnt choose one of the other planners and the best on my side! Council staff greeted him happily as we entered council - a great sign up front! DA is through now, and I have heard of so many horror stories, I feel lucky!
