Country Gourmet Pizza

Old classic resto. Feels like a homecooked meal! I also noticed a lot of gramps and grannys eating here prove that their food is really goood. We ordered their supreme pizza and their classic carbonara Good for 3 pax!! Really good. Go to place when in Randwick.

Its cheap as chips ( they have them too), but if theres one key menu item it would be the lasagna - layers of goodness prepared fresh daily. The pasta is fine for the price and the pizza is not wood fired, but it is a much better alternative than DominosHut. Havent tried the Aussie fish&chips items, but theyre there. Dinner for two with medium pizza, lasagna and pasta, including soft drinks as of this post was $51 - quite a catch. Not a romantic setting, but do yourself a favour and get takeaway and enjoy the cheap eats by the beach or centennial park nearby. Or just enjoy the quirky space. Oh, and the owner was very chatty and friendly when we were there (last customers), telling us about their low fat mozzarella and premium olive oil used. I take her word for it and I shall be back for that grilled barra and other dishes.

The best pizza I ever had In Randwick. I ordered small seafood pizza and inside had 12 prawns which really surprised me, full of topping not like other pizza shop eat the base more than topping. The shop looks classic and staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Show's that you can't judge a book by its cover. I wasn't too confident at first after ordering the pizzas but they were delicious. Nice crispy bas and a good spread of toppings. We ordered a takeaway as we were visiting the hospital but decided to have a few slices in the restaurant and they didn't mind at all. In fact they brought us water and made us feel welcome. Don't want to come back to hospital but if we come back again, we'll be having pizza for sure.
