pH Pilates

Val has changed my life! Doing pilates at pH Pilates has been an incredible experience. Val's attention to detail and care has been amazing for me. I have some issues after a car accident and Val's teaching and knowledge has given me strength and stability. Her encouragement and ability to tailor the class to individuals has made pilates such an enjoyable experience. She is passionate about what she does and is very keen to explain all the intricacies of each movement and where the benefits are. I look forward to my sessions each week. Thank you Val!

Val is a wonderful Pilates instructor. I love how varied the sessions are, utilising lots of different pieces of equipment and making it easy to replicate the studio experience at home. Val has a lovely calm way of bringing you through each session, while getting you to push yourself that but further. Thoroughly enjoy my virtual sessions from Ireland. Thanks pH Pilates

I have been taught by Valerie both in person and virtually. She has made an ENORMOUS difference to my body, strengthening me to protect damaged areas and freeing me from significant pain. And, she is such fun to be with. The full package. A super Pilates instructor and coach.

Val is absolutely fantastic and has been a great help to me over this past year. Her classes are dynamic and thoughtful and she tailors everything to your ability and to whats happening with your body. Val taught me all throughout my pregnancy and which helped me recover quickly postpartum. I love my classes with Val.
