I found practitioners that genuinely cared for my health, valued my time and a holistic application of care at the Physio Posture Fitness Clinic. They seek to help you through your time of challenge and pain, and prepare you to be able to carry on with life after treatment. I spent 3 years in chronic pain searching for a clinic to help me understand the source of my pain, how to heal and strengthen my body, and educate me along the way. I finally came to Physio Posture Fitness Clinic where I received personalised and thorough care, and invaluable education. They treated me, helped me to understand my body, the pain and how to manage it. I felt less reliant on their treatments and more empowered and in control of my body as time went on. I cannot strongly recommend this practice enough. I only wish I had found them sooner and will forever advocate their work.
