Jackie Cole Chemist

Been coming here for a few years now, they're the only ones that stock my prescription. Haven't really had a problem with them till today...picked up on some racial undertones this afternoon. Cashier stood as far away from me as possible when ringing me up, kept telling me to tap and I already had, machine said approved! What was worse is when I asked for a bag (which I usually get without asking) middle aged blonde lady with her hair pulled back, pretty much tossed it at me to put my medication and receipt into. Then proceeded to trot off before I could say anything. Running for the phone once I began to ring. Don't usually pick up on racial undertones but this was loud and clear and a smack in the face. Quite disappointed to be honest. Won't be going back and will be making the trek elsewhere.

Small lady with blonde hair was incredibly rude and the young staff looked nervous to ask her a question.

Our family have been using Jackie Coles for 0ver 20 years now. They know our family, they always organise what we need rapidly if it is not in stock. The staff are wonderful and polite and friendly. I have regularly witnessed entitled customers who are so rude to them but they don't get angry. They just do their job professionally. Their costs are comparable to other independent chemists and they stock quality products. I highly recommend Jackie Coles as a family chemist.
