        They're always accommodating and include nail clipping in their grooming service. Standard Sydney prices. Good customer service.

        The woman who runs this place was one of the most rude, demanding and opionated people I've ever dealt with. I'm the customer, I'm paying for you to groom my dog, not give me a lecture (on repeat) on how you think my dog should be maintained, asking me to wear a mask with attitude and demanding I come pick him up in 25 minutes with no notice when I say I can be there in 35. It was all just so petty and unnecessary. As for my dog, it took him about two weeks to start behaving normally again. I was so concerned that I asked the vet to check if he was fine as he has always been upbeat and consistent in nature. I could never leave him in her care again as this is not a happy and warm environment and don't need her drama that comes with the experience, avoid.
