Dr Lette (Karunaratne) is an excellent and thorough practitioner; is it also wonderful that she is such a fabulous person. Excellent attention to detail. Very grateful to have had Dr Karunaratne for both of our births. Her office manager Eva Cosgrove, runs a very tight ship and is extremely knowledgeable and supportive, and her midwife Vicki is also fantastic. Thanks Dhara

Dhara has delivered my two boys (even though I lived 30 minutes away during the second pregnancy). She was always lovely to deal with and was very responsive when I had a few concerns during my second pregnancy. Dhara is also quite relaxed which is helpful in keeping you relaxed and reassuring. I would 100% recommend Dhara and will use her again if we decide on a third.

Our experience with Dhara was exceptional and I couldnt recommend her high enough. She is a modern day, practical & honest OB who listens and provides supportive advice at every stage of pregnancy and birth. She really listened to what was important to me and reassured me when I had doubts or concerns and I had a lot. We had nothing but praise for Dharas team and liked the personalised approach of Midwife Vickis tailored birthing class, which meant we were able to forgo expensive and time consuming classes that werent particularly relevant for us. Overall we had a fabulous experience from start to finish and felt so happy to have such an awesome team around us for the birth of our first daughter. Like many other people who have left reviews, we found a doctor and a friend in Dhara and will be going back to her should we chose to have a second.

I was looking to get an appointment with Dr Dhara. I am pregnant and Dr Dhara's Assistant, Eva booked me an appointment with Dhara for 4th March 2021 04:30pm via phone on 15th Feb 2021. I called her back in a few days(18th Feb 2021) seeking an email confirmation for my appointment, as I was wondering if my appointment was confirmed or not. She said she would email me at the end of the day(18th Feb 2021), but she did not. I got an email on 26th Feb 2021 04:53 pm where the appointment time was mentioned as 04th March 2021 05:00 pm(different from what she mentioned on phone). I sent her a reply immediately to confirm the exact timing, but she didn't care to reply. Eva had also mentioned on 18th Feb 2021 that she would send me a break up of the out of pocket expense via email along with the appointment confirmation, which was not sent to me in the email that she sent me on 04th March 2021. I called her up again on 1st March 2021 (today) and told her about the confusion of the timing of the appointment and if she could send me a break up of the expense, she said "I thought we had already discussed that on phone". I said "No, we did not". She said she would call me back in 10 minutes as she is away from her computer, and then confirm the timing with me, but she has not called me yet. I don't know how else to reach you guys, so I am using the google review to ask you some questions (I hope I get some attention now): 1. Why is my appointment time still not clear to me when I spoke with you so long ago? 2. Why do you not want to send me a written email about my out of pocket expenses? Your website doesn't mention it either so that doesn't help too.(I care about the value for the money I spend and I am proud of that). 3. Why does your assistant, Eva say something else and do something else? Eva told me she had a broken leg when I called her on 15th Feb 2021, and so I have been empathising with her and was waiting patiently, but my appointment date is near and I still don't know the appointment time and the out of pocket expenses as promised by her. I feel sorry for Eva but I can't feel sorry for her at my baby's expense. Why don't you hire more people or get her replacement for a while as any professional service would do? Why is she doing everything with a broken leg?
