Glenn has been sensational all the way through the process. Hence, I wanted to write a review for him as he deserves it! After having been dealing with several banks (including mine which I have been client for over 12 years) and not being able to get the loan that would allow me capitalize my savings, I got in touch with Glenn and it was a 360 turn. In a rising rates environment it wasn't easy as things were changing on a daily basis but still, with a lot of trust from both sides, Glenn took the lead and recommend me a "plan to attack" which was very fruitful in the end. In easy times everyone lends you money but it is in changing environments when you need to choose the right financial partner. If I ever think of buying another property I'd definitely go with Glenn Perez. He has earned my loyalty and from now on I feel confident dealing with him & Rams.
