The Repair Pad (Next to Coles)

Fell over and smashed my screen. Where it gets those 10k coloured lines that slowly spread across so you cant see anything. Cried. Saw the reviews on here so walked into the store as I live next door. Fixed within 30 mins and the guy even had it on charge for me waiting, and all cleaned, looks new. Cant comment on the price as I dont know whats expensive or not but knowing what Apple would have charged and taken 3 days to do I would highly recommend

I took my phone to the repair pad as it wasnt charging properly, Ben gave the charging port a thorough clean under his microscope, he warned me one of the contacts was damaged and may affect its charging capabilities, and suggested taking it away and seeing how it goes. Unfortunately it wasnt charging effectively so I returned it back to Ben and he installed a new charging port, he then deducted the initial cleaning charge off the total of the new charging port. This is the second time Ive used the repair pad and both times Ben have provided an excellent service, I cant recommend him highly enough.

I went to the Repair Pad and Ben took care of my phone issues. He was very solutions focused, diligent and accurate with time to get things done. There is no silly business with Ben. You get what you get and that is great solutions focused service. I would not hesitate to come to Ben for your phone repair needs :)
