For years I had lost a lot of mobility on the right side of my neck with pain running down my shoulder and arms. I tried physio, other chiro's, acupuncture but nothing seemed to stick. After working with Dayne on this with a combination of chiro / massage / strength exercises my movement started to come back. So much so that I have the same movement on both sides. I now go regularly for sessions to help both maintain my commitment to the strength work and getting the support from Dayne. Recommend 100%.
