I cant speak highly enough of the team at MVP. Dayne and Sophie truly know their stuff- always going the extra mile and maintain the best level of care. Have had great improvement with my shoulder and hip pain! Also had a massage with Zane- never felt better. I trust them with my body 100%

I cannot recommend MVP enough. I initially started seeing Dayne when an old injury began flaring up, after the first session I could already start to feel an improvement. Daynes professionalism and knowledge is second to none. He takes the time to really assess your mobility, educate you on whats causing any issues and provide you with a tailored exercise plan to help speed up recovery time. Ive had such a positive experience that I continue to have regular sessions to help improve my sleep and release tension from desk work. The team is truly amazing and Im so thankful that they were recommended to me!
