Hayden and the Movement Centre are absolute legends! Hayden saw me on a last minute booking over the weekend for my neck pain. He thoroughly explained what could of caused the issue and how the pain and movement can be restored. He massaged the neck to help realign to the correct spot and showed me some helpful exercises to perform to stay on the right path to recovery. Thank you Hayden!

Was recommended to see Hayden as I had major neck pain and little to no movement. Hayden was extremely accommodating, squeezing me in at the end of the day and staying back late to allow me to come for treatment. One day after seeing Hayden, I had 100% movement back and was able to return to work. Can't thank Hayden enough and would recommend his services to anyone!

Great physio, very friendly and clear directions for ongoing rehab of my injury which has had great results. They also encouraged me to come back in to use their equipment for rehab purposes which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I saw Andrew for an initial assessment of for my neck pain. It has been troubling me for many years and had reached a point that I needed help. He was amazing at simplifying my issue, loosening it up for me, and giving me simple movements and suggestions for improvement. It has been 3 weeks now and Ive never felt better! Couldnt recommend the clinic more.
