Kerrie and the team at Align Physio & Pilates provide fantastic pilates classes (maximum 3, and always individually designed routines) on a range of pilates equipment. Physio sessions are also available. Highly recommended!

The best little pilates place in Sydney. My back is no longer stiff as a board. Thanks to THE REFORMER, I am a reformed man. Knowledgeable staff, the best equipment, and lots of laughs as well as Kerrie's crafty & therapeutic exercises. Align loves your spine long time! It'll change your life.

I have been seeing Kerri for over a decade and I cant begin to tell you what an absolute star she is. She has and continues to keep my body in top form especially as I age. Also a remarkable physiotherapist she has a keen over detail. Shes a massive part of my life. Best ever! Luv her Deb

The physiotherapists and pilates teachers at Align have kept me intact for the last five years. They have showed me how to exercise safely after back surgery; not only have I recovered but I'm far stronger now than I was in my twenties. The staff are warm, knowledgable and professional and the level of attention each person receives in the group classes is akin to a private session in any other studio.
