Bad experience on Kiloh centre shame on you beds uncomfortable seriously drs and nurses unfriendly bad experience with customer service nobody came to visit me apart from uniting from my new support service and Easter bunny I met a friend in hospital who there didn't let me hang around with then moved me to a anthoer room or didn't let me say goodbye to the nurses and drs are nice Shame on you Kiloh

So a staff members gets bashed on the Kiloh Obs unit a few years back, and the nursing unit manager Lorna Morrissey has the audacity and nerve to not only bully him to quit his job, but also give him a bad reference? It is good to know management are looking out for the well-being of its staff.

Came and did a shift here as an agency nurse. The agency I worked for offered full-time block bookings for 3 months. I stopped working here after doing 4 shifts. This place is badly operated, the skill mix of nursing staff is horrible, and I constantly felt like I was in danger of being assaulted by the patients, or on the verge of losing my registration. This is one of the worst mental health wards I've ever worked in, and I've worked in a lot. No wonder they were offering block bookings for agency nurses at such rates, because nobody is willing to work there.

got discharged right after expressing suicidal thoughts to a psychiatrist.
