The Infusion Clinic

Had my first iron infusion at the Randwick clinic today & everyone was so friendly and helpful- I spoke to 4 people across the hour I was there & they were all welcoming, insightful, hospitable, made me feel very comfortable & ensured I had the knowledge I needed to understand whats next, how I would improve & how long that would take. Highly recommend

I was prescribed an iron infusion for the first time and was nervous about the procedure. However, Joel made the experience the best I have ever had with a medical professional. I could not recommend him higher. He was transparent about the process and knew how to put my mind at ease, whilst genuinely making it a fun and therapeutic experience.

Joel and the team including the lovely receptionist were so professional kind and excellent with patient care. I had the best experience here. I felt like they treated me so well I couldn't believe how amazing they all were. Joel really knows his stuff I felt like I was in such amazing hands! Thank you all - you are all amazing

I had an iron infusion today and was not the best experience with the new male nurse. He failed to find my vein and it was really painful. Hes seems very busy to looking after multiple clients and my left arm was keep bleeding until I asked him to put the Band-Aid. And I saw the next client also screaming because he failed to find the vein again. Also another person has the same issue and Joel who has experienced nurse able to help in few seconds without any issue. I always have great experience with nurse and receptionist here that is why I traveled an hour to visit this clinic this morning. I hope he gets more training so people dont have the same experience as me.

Thank you to the lovely receptionist (23rd of January) as I was running late for my appointment she reassured me and made me feel comfortable. The nurse was extra nice, giving clear explanations, making the all process so easy, and I even got a cup of chamomile tea, I felt really relaxed. Thank you :)
