Bang was an absolute God-send. If he hadn't come along we would've not seen the full potential of what we could've achieved. Bang was the fourth broker within a two-month period we dealt with and just before meeting him I was feeling quite demoralised. However within a day of our first chat we were already face-to-face looking over a solid plan, which was more engagement and assurance than all the previous brokers put together. During the whole process we felt confident, informed and within our limits. We did have a complex case, but it didn't faze Bang, you can tell he knew his stuff. At the end of the day his knowledge, experience and professional relationships spoke for itself and got us through. We loved Bang's attitude the most. He was straight-up, honest and took the time to really understand you and the situation. He knows great customer service - he just wanted to get the job done and done right. He was quick to respond, accessible and always 'on to it'. He didn't make you feel like a burden (although I'm sure we were!). I'd recommend him to anyone without a doubt.
