        Went for a swatch battery . He replaced it , it didn't work He said the watch was no good and should be thrown away . Trying another battery the watch worked . Paid $20 . Asked how fresh his batteries were . He called me neurotic , in front of other customers . I had the battery removed and got my $20 back , then left .

        Excellent customer service. He helped me fix a necklace and was also helping another customer select a gift. Really good variety of products and the option of ordering specialized chains etc in.
