Melissa was really professional and patient on the first consultation meeting, all the items available and her flower job are awesome and really sophisticated; My fiance and I had no idea on day what we were after for our wedding and she recommended us to organize our ideas and email her once all has been done; we did email her on the 28th/September however no reply has been given, messages and calls to her has been done as well but no answer has been given. Not only We do understand the time and commitments in this industry but also we do consider very rude not to answer or avoid customers after a month without response or confirmation at least of the information has received.

Hands down 5 stars. Oak and linden provided excellent customer service and communication, attention to detail, all aspects of the event were professionally organised and planned and the final product far exceeded our expectations. Thanks so much for everything! Xx
