        The operator is rude, the quality of its ice cream is not acceptable for its price, it is no where close to the neighboring Messina at the Newmarket.

        $36!!! For one little tub of icecream? This is beyond obscene. I looked through the whole tub and didnt find the gold flakes we were obviously charged for.

        We went to cold rock and arrived at 9:30pm. They are supposed to close at 10pm but they said they could only serve us icecream with no mix ins because they had cleaned the station. The only reason to go to cold rock is to have the extra aspect of lollies/chocolates in the icecream. Why say youre still open if you can only provide a limited service and not the main service people come to experience? Not impressed
