working with Jo on my health (spondylosis) has been such a journey and privilege. I have done a lot of inner work on myself over the last 10 years, however Jo help me shift things at a cellular level when my body was trying to tell me something that I wasn't able to understand. I was experiencing 8-9/10 pain to my lower back and right side and was able to weight bear. With in a couple of secessions this pain score was at 1-2/10 and I was not requiring the use of medications. Jo shifted the deep emotions I was keeping buried deep inside me and unlock another layer of wisdom that was there inside me. Jo is truly amazing at what she does in being the translator for your body and soul so your mind can make the changes to achieve overall wellness. I honestly believe this is the time more than ever for individuals to have this holistic, integrated, individualised health care option available. This allows for absolute autonomy and accountable to we the clients on our own health journey, that is very rearly offered anywhere else.

I didnt know know what to expect from the programme and didnt know much at all about NLP but can honestly say it has been the best thing I have ever invested in for myself. Jo is fantastic and so lovely and makes you feel so comfortable. This process has changed my life forever, being able to take away coping mechanisms and new learnings to better myself and my mind. The techniques you learn are not a temporary fix, they are there for life and Im just so grateful and excited for my future after the programme. I would say the more open minded you are the more you will benefit from the programme but it can help anyone on so many different levels! Thank you Jo!
