        I hate exercise... but not with Nishey! She is the only trainer Ive ever had who gets it. Im a mum of 3 & almost 50. I exercise because I have to, not because I want to. Nishey however, always keeps it interesting- no 2 workouts are the same! She keeps me motivated & on track. I cant rave about her enough!
