Dr L takes his time and you never feel rushed. It's great to deal with an empathetic and caring Dr. He has superb people skills and is a good listener.

The doctor is great, but you really need to upgrade your customer service and also the online service. They keep all the health record manually, so it takes too long to just find your name and look at the history. If you can send the receipt and medical certificate through email, that will be great.

I can't recommend Dr Lesmana highly enough. It's difficult finding a GP in Sydney that truly cares and takes their time in listening to patients. He never treats patients like they're on a conveyor belt or rushed. True, there can be occasion delays, but so what? You can be guaranteed of Dr Lesmana's full attention and care. Recommended without hesitation.
