I have been Dr. Theodore's patient for 10+ years. He's amazing in what he does. Him and his nurse Michelle are the dream team! Vicky on reception is hands down the best medical receptionist there is - so lovely, efficient & compassionate. My whole family goes to this practice, including my little girls - wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr Kenneth Wong has been my family dentist for many years. He is highly competent and knowledgeable. From routine cleaning to root canals, Dr Wong is gentle and technically top notch. Highly recommended.

Writing this review on behalf of my partner. Booked for a checkup and clean, checkup revealed 2 fillings required. Dentist advised to do the clean on a 2nd appointment as doing it all in one visit would take considerable time... Partner asked whether doing the clean on a different day would cost extra to which the dentist stated 'no'. Furthermore, she inquired as to the cost a second time when she called to book the follow up appointment with the receptionist confirming the clean was part of the previous payment. However, upon arriving at Whiterteeth Dental this afternoon my partner was informed that there WAS in fact an additional charge! Very poor communication and customer service standards.

I am usually apprehensive about needles and also sweating when I see the dentist, but with your gentleness makes the needle not hurt at all. Thank you for your gentle touch.
