Randwick & Sydney City Dental | Randwick

I left feeling humiliated by the judgemental attitude of Dr Daniel Urwand at Randwick & City Dental clinic. My teeth are in poor condition and I will require dentistry at a later stage to replace missing and damaged teeth. Today, I was given a voucher from the Sydney Dental Hospital for the value of $400. I attended with my own x-rays taken on 6 September 2022 to help reduce today's costs. I received one filling and I left the surgery with a hole in an adjacent tooth that Dr Urwand acknowledged also requires a filling. He was unwilling to fill this second tooth. Dr Urwand also begrudged me a dental plan outlining the future works that I will require. I am HIV positive (undectable) and I am currently supported by NSW Health and two other social organisations who are helping me recover from an extended period of mental ill health. Dr Urwand was rude and judgemental throughout this appointment. His attitude towards me fell well short of the decency expected from a professional Dentist. I value the importance of integrity. To claim $400 for my visit today is a complete farce and is outrageously dishonest. This was a very unsatisfactory experience and I will not return to Randwick and City Dental Clinic.

Thank you ever so greatly!!! I highly recommend this practice on efficiency professionalism whilst keeping you well informed on every aspect of process of the work conducted. I've had a myriad of work conducted on my teeth and make R.C.D your first port of call. Hence why I unrelentingly gave a 5 STAR rating.

Super friendly staff. Very professional communications. Paid $139 for teeth clean. Dr Johnathan did a good job. Prior to going here, I emailed 5 dental places in randwick. All which I saw on google maps. The only one that got back to me was this dental clinic. So I am very happy with this one. I highly recommend this.

Was able to get an appointment within a couple of hours of calling up. They were SO accommodating of my pram and screaming baby. Amazing!
