Shop & Wash Randwick

Generally v polite, friendly and professional. Rates are reasonable too. Only thing I would suggest is that you go around and check all areas are cleaned as sometimes they are missedthey never have an issue inspecting and re cleaning those areaswould recommend

Our car was soooo dirty, had probably not had a wash in a year, and the crew at Shop & Wash were so friendly, professional, and did an amazing job for an affordable price. The interior of the car is shining now after being so full of beach sand, kid food detritus and god knows what else. Thank you for not making me feel bad about the state of my car; you have really made my week!

How have I not written a review yet? I have been coming here regularly for the last 9 years. It's by no means a place you go to for hardcore detailing and sometimes the "finish" isn't absolutely perfect - but if that's what you're looking for then you probably shouldn't be going to a shopping centre car wash in Randwick... That being said, the people who run the place are friendly and polite. I have known them for a long time and they recognise me and my car whenever I drive in - doesn't matter how long it has been since my last wash. They have a "stamp card" loyalty programme that qualifies you for a free wash after 10. Their prices are decent and the quality all in all is pretty good and keeps the car clean and looking new. They are trustworthy and honest people as well, about 6 months ago I got back into the car and drove off, I noticed the felt lining inside my centre console storage was missing - I figured they must have taken it out to clean the inside of the storage bin and forgot to put it in. I figured it was gone forever and I never went back to find it because - who cares? Anyway fast forward to six months later..... I went back to collect my car after a wash (yes I hadn't had my car washed for 6 months... you can blame La Nina), without saying anything to me - the felt lining was back in my car. It's the little things. These people are honest and just try to do a good job quickly and for a good price. Most of the time I need to wait for an hour but they're pretty popular and only have one wash bay and are a pretty small operation so I can understand.
