Chatime Randwick

I ordered a simple mango green tea 30% sugar and lyche popping pearls and ice. I got straight warm black tea with bits of pure lychee floating around.

I understand this isn't a problem exclusive to chatime randwick however it was still a terrible experience for me. I had visited the chatime in Bondi junction fairly regularly and had no issues. I recently moved houses so now the nearest bubble tea place. I went about 30 mins ago and I'm walking out of the store with my drink in my bag to my bike unaware that the cup I was given had a hole in the side, I put my bag down to unlock my bike and when I pick it back up, the split cup had spilled all of the tea out into the bottom of my bag and I am left with an empty cup save for the tapioca pearls that didn't spill out.

Just got a drink at this chatime and it was delicious the young lady serving me helped choose a drink which was lychee green tea I believe. So good and yummy. Thanks chatime

My son was served a drink with not only huge chunks of hard plastic in it that could have choked him but also a quarter cup of micro plastics. The company took over a week to investigate then when acknowledging fault, offered him a free drink to compensate. The outlet was not closed for a single minute after I reported this so it is likely other customers were effected. The possible consequences of this were mind blowing. Reported to Randwick Council. Appalled. I have no faith that this would not happen again.
