We had the best experience from the start, on the phone, till the very end of the service! Staff are so friendly and kind! My son had very long hair and was anxious leading up to it. He was smiling and comfortable from the moment he met Sharayah. She put him (and me) at ease. He was so happy and relaxed. The cut style was exactly what he requested! Thank you so much. I had a great experience the first time for my sons haircut because the younger woman was very patient and steady. But the second time it was a terrible experience, we were late by 5min because we were stuck in traffic, and the older lady (Linda) sure made us know about it. She rushed the whole way through the 15min haircut, nicked my sons ears and the haircut is a total shambles, mightve looked ok on the day with some product but not now. Its the sort of stress I dont need in my life frankly. I wont be going back and will be going to Meca cuts in Rose Bay instead for my sons haircut going forward.

We were so happy with Lennoxs first haircut (11.5 months). The salon is so child friendly and the little cars for the kids to sit in with iPads attached are great. Baby shark serenaded Lennox whilst his hair was being trimmed. We even got a certificate and some locks of his hair to take as a keepsake. Would definitely return! Professional, friendly staff who are patient with babies ( and fussy parents lol!). Service: Kids' cuts
