The Parlour Room | Beauty Salon in Clovelly, Sydney

The Parlour Room decimated my eyebrows. I asked for a tint and tidy without changing the shape of the eyebrows. I walked out with wonky 1990s tadpole-shaped eyebrows. Half the thickness, completely reshaped and uneven. They werent even tidied up! Im not sure if theyll grow back properly as it took years for them to fill out. I called to give my feedback. The receptionist said theyd call back. I didnt hear anything. That was a month ago.

Disappointed. This was my fourth visit to the parlour room for nails. I had gel nails done overseas and wanted them professionally removed and a simple manicure. While removal was smooth my nails are weak and were filed too much and have now been breaking off two days after an expensive manicure. Also its irritating to have to buy a nail file set for each visit as I had left mine at home. It feels like you are being charged for every little thing. Not convinced its worth it. Service: Manicure
