Ellis was brilliant. I was really worried about my car - it was dead. He arrived on time, talked me through everything he was doing and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the spare part and fitted it a few hours later. He was so nice natured and checked everything thoroughly. He even contacted me the next day to check all was well. Had a failed Alternator on my Kia Sorento. Rang Ellis on a Saturday morning. Explained problem, promised to contact me on the Monday. 7:00am Monday text arrived, agreed to the price, and arranged for that morning at 9:00am. 8:52 he text me to arrive at 9:10am, which he did. Ellis worked professionally, and advised me there was another issue, and would need to get a part couriried to him. Which he did.
