Zoe has been so helpful to me during both my pregnancies. Her treatments helped me through the physically tough second pregnancy. Both pregnancies I have received treatments to induce my labour and they have worked so well for me :-).

I cannot rave enough about how much I love this place! I saw Jacqueline for Avrigo massages as well as Heidi for acupuncture + herbs. With their help my IBS-C flare was resolved and is currently well managed. I am so sad that my time in Sydney has come to an end as I do not think I will ever find chinese medicine practice as amazing as Ben&Biao. I appreciated their attention to detail, following up with text/call to ensure I was alright. For instance, Heidi even went into the office on her day off to drop of herbs for me.

I have visited Heidi and my partner visited Zoe. Both their services helped us with our now 4 month old baby boy. Heidi is not only exceptional in her expertise but is so compassionate. She not only helped me manage my chronic endotrimetosis pain through herbs, acupunture but also mindset. The whole experience was invaluable. My partner was treated with kindness and efficency which suited him and his personality They truly just make it easy. 1000 % recommend.

Go and see Heidi and Sally even if you aren't sure they will be able to help with whatever you have going on! The team at Ben and Biao have fixed a multitude of issues for me, including hair loss that I had been trying to stop for a long time. I can't recommend this place highly enough based on my results, and it helps that the premises are welcoming and relaxing too :)
