Like most specialists Dr. Farrell believes he is a gift from God and us peasants who seek his opinion should be humbled by his grace. In short, hes too arrogant for my liking. He might be someone elses cup of tea. PS: I was a legitimate customer that my GP referred to me. I hope you can reflect on this review so that you can better your services. After all, doctors are just in the customer service industry.

I visited Dr Farrell yesterday to discuss some issues that I've been dealing with for some time. He did not rush me through and took the time to listen to my concerns, reviewed my medical file, was so caring and ensured the I was OK during the examination. Once the examination was complete he explained his findings and provided me with all the information I needed to make a decision on the next steps. I highly recommend Dr Farrell to future patients that are looking for a great ENT.
