It's only now that I've become confident and comfortable talking publicly about my Sleeve surgery. Dr Kuzinkovas operated in May 2018 and it was the best decision I've made. I've struggled with weight loss over the years, and I knew I needed to make changes. Since surgery (9 months post op now) I have lost (forever) 46 kg. No longer a candidate for diabetes, I'm delighted with the results. Sleeve surgery is not for everyone, you really need a strong will and determination to achieve, but with that determination and support of friends and family, everyone should achieve success. I can confidently recommend Dr Kuzinkovas and the team at Advanced Surgicare to others. Attention to patient care and follow up is wonderful. Following sleeve surgery, my life has changed for the better and I am grateful to Advanced Surgicare for all that they have done. Update May 2023. 5 years post operation. I underwent a Sleeve Gastrectomy with Advanced Surgicare at St George Private Hospital on 24/03/22. In the 12 months since, I have lost 46.2kg and have surpassed & maintained my goal weight. I cant explain the impact this surgery has had on my life! I chose Dr Kuzinkovas as my surgeon after hearing about him through a friend and from my first consultation, I felt a genuine trust and comfort with him. I can not recommend the team at Advanced Surgicare highly enough for anyone who may be considering this surgery., I only wish I had've done it sooner! The whole process was made so much easier because of the professional and attentive team who were so thorough every step of the way, and went above and beyond when it came to my care. I was in the very best of hands, I didnt have a single complication and I felt highly supported every step of the way, pre and post surgery.
