RBS designed and built a unit for our home involving two linen cupboards, a desktop and bookshelves. At all stages they were very easy to deal with, Bretts design advice was very helpful and the final product was exactly what we wanted. Their installer, Tom, was personable, accommodating and obviously committed to a good result for the client. Very satisfied with the outcome.

We had to use Reliance Building because of our insurer. Friends warned me about them because they had had a negative experience. We found their work to be poor in many ways. Poor products, poor workmanship and there were breakages which they tried to get out of. Every small change was an expensive "variation". Because of their own stuff ups the job took months, when they originally said that it would be a few days. There are plenty of other good builders, so best to avoid Reliance Building.
