3-month belated review: In November 2022, after months of researching on the perfect dress watch, I found myself visiting Kennedy at The Star Sydney, where I was looked after by Elma. Although I already had my eyes pretty much set on a JLC Master Ultra Thin Moon, Elma no doubt helped me to reinforce my decision, after letting me try on a variety of dress watches to suit my style. My first visit was a survey mission, and I came back the second time only a week later to lock in the purchase with Elma, notwithstanding the watch was out of stock at the boutique and required ordering. It was all credit to Elmas professionalism and 5-star attributes of a sales rep (a few sales rep Ive encountered in the past can definitely learn a thing or two from Elma). I would not hesitate in recommending anyone wanting to kick start their interest in watches (warning: its expensively addictive) or looking to add another time piece to their collection to go see Elma at Kennedy at The Star Sydney. I myself will definitely be a returning customer.

Im a principal artist of the Australian ballet. I have recently received long long waited Rolex Explorer 2 just in time to celebrate my new born son! I love everything about Rolex and Kennedy has the ability to make it even more special for their customers even if it means waiting for years. I cant thank Kennedy enough for this time piece. Literally every time when I check time it just puts a smile on my face to remember my son and the experience of receiving it. I am gonna patiently wait for years for the next special piece to remember the heights through out my life. Thank you Kennedy! Yes you did it again! Love ya!
