        Apparently the blonde girl on the food service is very unpolite and rude. I never had problems with the staff, but she told me to move from the way, and to ask at cashier any question.. unfortunately was a long queue, and she was no busy at all.( She said I don't care)!! I got long experience in hospitality, and she is inappropriate. 20/05 7:30 p.m.

        I thought sports bars play most premiership games union, such as Super Rugby, just because its 2 x NZ teams playing? Clearly netball and softball replays from weeks ago are more important - with not even one person watching it and multiple requests from patrons, clearly you dont want the business , drinks else where I say!

        Very bad customer service from the white anglo girl who has collagen camel looking lips and her hair tied up. She has no idea on how to prepare a basic tap beer into a schooner and she disrespect me and my mum with some low class bad attitude. Rolling her eyes does not help at all. She is just the worst ever star casino Staff I have ever encountered. Get rid of her! We are not coming back because of her disgusting customer service.
