Every time I come to repair the scooter, the staff is always friendly and efficient. This is the best store Ive ever been to. Its really sad to know the store is temporary close now. My scooter recently broke again, but I couldnt find another store better than this one.

Update: just had a call and text from Ned who was so lovely. Unfortunately theyre going out of business due to the high amount of theft and Im so sad that humans have destroyed such an incredible concept! Happy to support them in any way I can, am extremely happy with the outcome. All the best, Walksmart Team! Previous review: Purchased a subscription online and thought it strange that there was no mention of when the scooter would be ready for pickup. Phone calls go unanswered. Booked an in-store appointment on their website but when I arrived the store was closed. One reply to my email advising my scooter would be ready Monday/Tuesday but no goods/services received to date. Two payments have been taken from my account and the store is now marked Temporarily Closed on google. AVOID.

Edwardo was amazing with his service. Guys down here are very helpful and patience and with appropriate product knowledge. A wide variety of scooters to choose from for different needs.
