Having Frank on our side took away so much of the stress and time that it takes to find a house in Sydney. In such a competitive market it really made things so much less daunting and intense. His building knowledge and experience was also a huge bonus. Frank found good quality properties for us to inspect, he set up exclusive inspections and most importantly he closed the deal. We have had a fantastic experience with Frank in securing our first home. After several months of looking on our own (and feeling confused and discouraged) we engaged Frank to help guide us through the process to ensure we were buying a place that would be a good home for us now and a smart investment for the future. He immediately began pulling properties together into a pick-list for us to discuss and view together. Within a week of working with Frank we had already done multiple inspections with him, made an offer with his guidance on an excellent home that we loved, and then he negotiated with the agent to secure the property for us. Frank also has a background in building so was able to identify things about properties that we would have otherwise missed, and this gave us great peace of mind.
