Sarah What A Star I just wanted to drop you a quick email in regards to Sarah. I dont usually do testimonies for people but Sarahs service as my Property Manger just cant go by with no mention. I have had my property in Newtown for about 18 years and have had probably about 10 different Property Managers - and to be honest they have all, I mean all, been hopeless. Sarah is such a breathe of fresh air, I feel so confident and safe with her looking after my property. She is professional, has strong communication skills, efficient, organised and has a great depth of knowledge about property and the market. She has come up with different solutions to try to help solve some of my property problems, solutions that I didnt think of- She thinks outside the box, making more work for herself in doing this but not minding because she wants the best outcome for me. On a personal level she has held my hand through out all my property issues over the last year, she is warm, empathetic, caring, authentic and genuine. I feel she really cares about me as a person not just as a landlord on her to do list. She is an absolute pleasure and worth her weight in gold!

Sarah, Sandra and Adriana were an absolute pleasure to deal with in my recent search for a rental property. In a crazily busy rental market where tenants are often seen as expendable, they went above and beyond to listen to what I needed and help me out. Thank you so much for the wonderful service.

Sarah Arrandale-Stergiotis was a great agent. I left my apartment to relocate overseas, and Sarah was wonderfully efficient and friendly with all stages of the final inspection, readvertising the place, recommending a cleaner for the moving out cleaning, etc. All was done with minimal disruption for me, and I really appreciated Sarahs good communication, thoughtfulness, and professionalism. Could not recommend her more!

The five stars are for Emily Dunn who is FABULOUS - moving is very stressful and she went out of her way to be helpful, patient and kind - thank you Emily - you quickly and professionally dealt with numerous issues in the apartment and I am very grateful for your help and the service you offered - Emily you truly deserve the five stars!
