Pacific Square Maroubra Junction I have lived at Axis Pacific Square since opening and have been part of the strata committee for most of these years. After a time away from the committee I have rejoined this year and met the current Senior Building Manger in May 2021. Ryan O'Connor has an amazing passion for the entire Pacific Square Complex. His dedication to the strata committees and all residents across the 5 residential buildings is refreshing and encouraging. His knowledge of the site, a caring responsive personality to all residents, resolving any issues with a positive outcome and in a timely manner. I believe we have the right building manger in place for day to day operations and upcoming projects.

Excel provide both building management and concierge services to my 150+ apartment building (which includes commercial tenancies). The building has a number of complex issues and is currently engaged in major building works. Excel has consistently provided excellent building managers with both deep technical knowledge as well as the necessary skills to support a diverse group of owners and residents. This has been particularly valuable over the COVID period when there have been tight restrictions on residents activities and behaviours in the building. The staff providing the concierge services have also performed at a very high standard. Excel as a company is highly professional and responsive.
