Cannot recommend the team at Paton Jamieson enough. They were absolutely fantastic to deal with. The team found tenants for our apartment and got us a great rental price during a difficult period (Covid). The process was so easy. They constantly kept us up to date on progress which I loved. Never had to chase. When we decided to sell our apartment it was an easy choice to which agency we went with. We received sound advice at every stage during the process. The expected purchase price they gave us was well above what we had originally thought. The house was on the market for 3 days and was sold at our asking price. We could not have gotten a better outcome. The sale was the day before the second Sydney Lockdown and Paton personally drove from the city out to Narellan to ensure the contracts were exchanged.
