The staff at Aus Post Pyrmont really need more support, especially at peak hours such as lunch time when this is the only time a number of customers can visit the store. Its often the case where theres only one or two on the counter which means a long queue especially when customers want their passport renewed. Understand staffing challenges and costs but at least consider a solution to support your staff and make it easier for customers such as introducing a self serve option for simple enquires like parcel drop offs, etc + existing staff for more complex enquiries. I have the same experience as the review below where the parcel slips never get left, and there is no online notification. Plus 'failed delivery' attempts happening on days where I work from home and I don't leave the house during working hours. Some of the delivery staff are absolutely exceptional but there must be someone who is not doing even their basic job. Lodge a complaint if this is happening to you.
