Shun is an excellent trainer for helping correct and improve your technique. He watches every single rep and ensures each movement is completed with perfect form. Really appreciated his help in overcoming injuries when returning to lifting.

Shiho was an incredible personal trainer! I was very new to the the gym and after 5 sessions with her I feel much more comfortable using the equipment and my body. Shes very knowledgeable, friendly and always very present in sessions.
