Thought I'd try my luck after couple years since last visit. Not fab! I booked online for Shellac Mani but still had to sit and wait 15 minutes until someone spoke to me. It was also very hot that day. The girls changed twice while I sat with acetone on for 15 more minutes. By 35 minutes mark I was so over it I just asked for removal ($10) and went home to do my own manicure. A girl while I was there got a hair from the mani art brush set into her gel mani. worse nail salon experience that I have ever had. I booked deluxe mani and pedi with Anna because on the booking website, she has a 5 star rating, but im not even sure if the lady who did my nails was Anna. The pedicure water was boiling hot. A tiny bug landed on her hand while she was doing my nails, but she didn't care, AND THEN THE BUG JUMP ON MY HAND. she did not care at all. I was moved from the Pedi chair to the manicure table while still barefoot because they were taking so many walk-ins when they had only 7 seats. The lady finishes my nails and just left. she didn't say I'm finished she didn't say how long I should wait, she just walked off and came back and started doing another customer. I sat there for 20 min; still barefoot, no staff paid me any mind. Horrible experienc, would not recommend
