Joy Tan is an extremely untrustworthy person. She also charged me over 180,000 in fees for a loan my local Aussie broker said they would do for free. She caused me so much problems that I ended up seperating from my wife. She destroyed my family. Do not use joy, she is not trustworthy.

Joy Tan provided a great service from the get go. Keeps us on our feet to complete what we need to complete. Always available when we have questions or clarifications. The best of this all was we were purchasing a property in the crazy RBA rate rise cycle and Joy was on top of things. She pushed for our loan to be submitted before the bank applied the new rates saving us a couple of percentage points. This is our first transaction with Hawk Eye Finance, as per recommendation from a friend, and definitely will not be the last.

Joy has been fantastic from the first time we touched base with her. We got the best interest rate and a top-up on our loan thanks to her and have kept in touch ever since. She is always approachable when there are things we don't understand which was also extremely helpful. Joy is truly an expert in her field and recommend her 100%.

Joy , was just fantastic we could not fault her at all . Our situation was not the easiest and Joy guided us all the way and her advice was priceless .
