Disappointed & disgusted to have learned from the cruise company that the reason why it took this long for us to receive a cash refund was because Luke Jones, our consultant ignored the cruise company's emails & phone calls. Luckily the cruise company refunded us directly. After following Flight Centre's advice below to lodge a request online, we were never contacted by any staff & had to follow up with a phone call & the person who answered the call offered to be our case manager. He sent us an email & vanished. Prior to this, Luke tried to force us to accept a Flight Centre travel credit which had a few mths' left (expiring 31 Dec 2022 this year) & came with various restrictions & terms & conditions which would've been impossible to redeem. Shame on you Luke & Flight Centre!!

I have been going back and forth with this centre for about 1.5 years with. Credit voucher due to Covid. Aaron was amazing- very professional and extremely helpful. I would recommend this flight centre to anyway wanting to travel hassle free!
